Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will be an experienced and energetic individual that will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on all of our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on an assigned product or service Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff Take the extra mile to engage customers Performs other related duties as assigned Experience, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
Proven customer support experience or experience in customer service Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Knowledge of, or the ability to learn textile or linen rental ERP software Associates degree or higher 2 years or more of customer service experience required Experience in textile or linen rental preferred Job Type:
