Qualifications:
Must be a minimum of 14 years of age to comply with child labor laws.
Retail experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred, but not required.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.

Essential Functions:
Operate Point of Sale units and equipment according to the operating procedures of the Retail department.
Provide superior guest service and positive guests relations to our internal and external guests.
Abide by all company and department rules, regulations, and policies.
Communicate efficiently to internal and external guests.
Abide by the overages and shortages policy.
Maintain all aspects of the sales floor in the store.
This includes, but is not limited to, cleanliness, proper display of merchandise, restocking, inspecting, and theft prevention.
Adhere to all safety policies and report any unsafe issues to the Director, Manager, or Team Leaders.
Effectively work alone or in a group setting.
Cross-train in the Games Department as a Team Member; may be assigned to work in Games Department based on business needs.
Safely operate a golf cart to transport items if 18 years of age or over with a valid PA driver's license.
Other
Responsibilities:
Maintain and protect employee, customer, and consumer confidentiality.
Report to and from work at assigned time.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Must be honest and reliable.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and assist co-workers on an ongoing basis.
Adhere to dress code policy.
