Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required with ability to accurately perform basic math calculations.
Must be organized and detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be committed to providing excellent guest service.
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and work various hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must have a general knowledge of the park.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for control and verification of crate items that include tickets and wristbands Follow proper opening, operating, and closing procedures per department and company policy Effectively operate a POS register for sale and/or processing of All-Day Fun Passes Correctly verify various coupons (i.
e.
out of date coupons, amount of coupon, etc.
).
Provide excellent guest service.
Effectively answer general guest questions.
Direct guest complaints through appropriate channels for resolution.
Work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, cold.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and protect employee, guest, and consumer confidentiality.
Report to and from work at assigned time.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Must be honest and reliable.
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and assist co-workers on an ongoing basis.
Adhere to dress code policy.
