Our client is currently searching for a Web Analytics Specialist to join its E-Commerce Marketing team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of various web statistics. This position requires an independent problem solver with proven ingenuity and outstanding specialized expertise to raise the bar on the analytical needs of our rapidly growing commercial web channel.
Responsibilities:
o Performing web traffic analysis using tools such as Coremetrics, WebTrends, Omniture, and Google Analytics aimed at in-depth views of customer and web channel behavior
o Capturing data from multiple listening posts
o Applying standard BI tools, such as Brio or Business Objects, to create and maintain dashboards and to make presentations to management
o Providing data-driven recommendations and core insights based on a clear understanding of measurements and objectives
o Create fundamental improvements to site visitors' experience and to business outcomes
o Implement and measure onsite testing plans, create and improve funnel reporting, and identify gaps in data capture and analysis
o Collaborate with external partners, such as consultants and agencies, to assist with data collection and reporting
Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in related field
o Minimum of three years of experience with marketing and web analysis in a cross-functional team environment
o Solid experience with web analytics methodologies, such as experimenting and testing, competitive analysis, and surveys and market research
o Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Brio, Business Objects, MicroStrategy, and Cognos
o Experience writing and tuning sql queries in an online or offline environment
o Experience in SEM/PPC and SEO strategies, including experience measuring success of related experiments and campaigns

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
